SPARTUS EasyMIG 420H is an industrial inverter semi-automatic welder of Tower type with a separate wire feeder. It allows welding with MIG/MAG and MMA methods, reaching a maximum current of 420 A for both processes. With a duty cycle of 60% at 420A and 100% at 350A, the machine ensures stable performance even under the most demanding production conditions.
PRECISE PARAMETER ADJUSTMENT
The control panel is equipped with digital current and voltage displays, enabling accurate settings. In MIG/MAG mode, the operator adjusts voltage, wire feed speed, and inductance, while in MMA mode – the welding current. Additional functions such as Burn Back, wire test, and a 2T/4T switch enhance comfort and precision of operation.
SEPARATE WIRE FEEDER
The four-roll wire feeder provides stable and reliable wire feeding, enabling work with long torches. The separate feeder design extends the reach of the entire set, and thanks to a transport handle and wheels, it is easy to move. The efficient feeder supports large wire spools up to 15 kg and allows working with the most popular wire diameters from 0.8 to 1.6 mm.
DURABLE DESIGN AND MOBILITY
The compact Tower-type housing mounted on a transport trolley ensures stability and mobility of the device. The design allows the installation of a large shielding gas cylinder, making continuous work in industrial conditions easier. Durable wheels with a swivel front axle provide effortless movement of the entire set.
