SPARTUS® ProMIG 500W Dual Pulse is a professional, industrial welding semi-automatic with a separate wire feeder. The factory is equipped with an integrated liquid cooler and a 4-wheeled platform, creating a solid Tower construction.
The device allows welding using MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA methods with a maximum current of 500A for all three methods. It works with a high rated 60% duty cycle and 100% duty cycle has been reached from 400A. It is powered from a 400V three-phase network.
Separated tray is equipped with a function panel with the possibility of adjusting all MIG/MAG welding parameters in manual and synergic mode. The use of a separate feeder with a full function panel increases the range of the device and has a positive effect on the quality and ergonomics of working in difficult industrial conditions. Additionally, the feeder is compatible with Spool Gun welding guns. The feeder is equipped with road wheels and a handy carrying handle.
SPARTUS® ProMIG 500W Dual Pulse has a number of functions supporting the MIG/MAG welding process, including:
•1P (Pulse) – MIG/MAG welding with pulsation, which significantly facilitates obtaining a spray arc.
•2P (Dual Pulse) – welding with dual pulse – MIG/MAG welding in TIG quality.
•welding in two work modes 2T/4T.
•spot welding.
The MIG/MAG function panel is located on a separate wire feeder, significantly increasing the range of the device and ergonomics during use. It enables adjustment of all key parameters for the MIG/MAG method, including double pulsation parameters.
Device is equipped with a function panel for precise control of welding parameters in the TIG method: welding current, 2T/4T operating mode, time of current dropping. In the MMA method, the function panel enables precise adjustment of welding current intensity, Hot Start values (easier electrode ignition), Arc Force arc dynamics (easier welding in forced positions), the ability to enable or disable the VRD function.
The SPARTUS® ProMIG 500W Dual Pulse semi-automatic welding machine is ready for use in harsh industrial environments. It has been designed and constructed for applications that require excellent quality welded joint while maintaining high welding performance.
